Product Features

Back Pull Out :

  • The rotating assembly can be removed without having to disconnect the suction and delivery pipework.


Casing :

  • Single stage, end suction, foot mounted. Radially split with back pull out feature to reduce maintanance down time.
  • Vertical centre line discharge.


Impeller :

  • Closed impeller design, statically balanced, with renewable wear ring for DN200 pump.


Stuffing Box :

  • It is fitted with removable bush, latern ring and packing.
  • A mechanical seal provided as an option if recquired.


Shaft :

  • A stainless steel shaft is fitted with stainless steel shaft sleeve.


Bearing :

  • Sealed deep groove ball bearing lubricated for life are used.
  • Periodical greasing is unnecessary, thus eliminating problems like selecting the right grease, over greasing or lack of lubrication.


Additional design features :

  • Replaceable wearing components include shaft sleeve and casing wear rings for larger pumps to maintain peak efficiency.
  • Aquachem Range is designed to met the standards of ISO 2858, ISO 7005 (2084) and ISO 2069
